(Junior) Product Manager (f / m / d) Part-Time 25h / week

Exciting opportunity with high responsibility : Swarovski is seeking a dynamic and innovative (Junior) Product Manager to join our Created Stones team, focusing on Swarovski Zirconia and Swarovski Ceramics. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our B2B business within the bridge and fine jewelry market. You will ensure our portfolio not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, managing customer-specific requests and collaborating with global clients.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Oversee all aspects of product lifecycle management, ensuring your product portfolio meets defined sales, cost, and profit targets

Define and implement the assortment strategy, considering trends and pricing to expand into new markets and attract new customer groups

Manage international product developments and customers special requests in close cooperation with internal and external partners

Define product pricing, value propositions, and monitor commercial performance, market trends, and competitor activity

Collaborate closely and proactively with various departments including Sales, Design, Controlling, Segment Management, Communications, Production, and Supply Chain Management

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following :

A strong academic background (ideally with a focus on marketing, international management, strategy and innovation or fashion / luxury goods management)

First experience in product management or similar roles, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, or consulting

A strategic mindset with strong analytical skills, able to balance long-term vision with short- and mid-term goals

A proactive attitude, fast learning ability, and a hands-on approach to getting things done

Ideally fluent in English and German, additional languages and experience abroad a strong plus

Due to legal reasons, we advise that the collectively agreed base monthly salary for this full-time position is at least € 3.725,23 gross. Please note that the salary will be adjusted based on the agreed working hours. Our actual salaries are market competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
