Zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört das Fuhrparkmanagement, Betreuung und Instandhaltung von Fahrzeugen sowie die Fahrzeugpflege für den Sonderfuhrpark, des Vorstandes und VIP Kunden

Du bist Teil eines kleinen Teams wo die Zusammenarbeit sehr hoch geschrieben und geschätzt wird

Abwicklung von Neufahrzeugbestellung und Organisation deren Fahrzeug Auslieferung für einen definierten Personenkreis

Sicherstellung der korrekten Weiterverrechnung für diverse Dienstleistungen und Dokumentation von Fahrzeug Abwicklungen

Kurierfahrten für die Geschäftsführung und VIP Kunden

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und verfügst über eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis sowie ausgezeichnete Fahrkompetenz

Absolute Diskretion, Loyalität, Serviceorientierung und Organisationstalent zeichnen Dich besonders aus

Du hast ein souveränes Auftreten kombiniert mit hohem Dienstleistungsbewusstsein und Einfühlungsvermögen

Ein Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, sehr gute Umgangsformen sowie eine gute Grundfitness

Zeitliche Flexibilität, Reisebereitschaft (Wochenende und Nachteinsätze möglich)

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
