Help shape the future of pricing in High-Tech Manufacturing

Are you a data-driven thinker with a passion for turning numbers into strategy? Join our team as a Specialist Pricing and Analytics and play a key role in optimizing pricing for our innovative printed circuit board (PCB) solutions. This is your chance to work in a dynamic B2B environment where your insights directly influence business success.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze pricing performance, by diving into quotes, orders, and customer data to uncover pricing opportunities and trends

Build predictive models, where you are developing pricing forecasts and models that support strategic decision-making

Contribute to pricing initiatives and evaluate their impact on profitability and customer value

Collaborate across teams and work closely with sales, controlling and product teams to align pricing with market dynamics

Improve tools & processes to refine pricing tools and ensure pricing logic reflects real-world customer behavior

Present clear, actionable insights to management and stakeholders

Your Profile

A degree in economics, business administration, data science or a related field

At least more than 3 years of professional experience in the field of pricing, analysis, or consulting; Experience in B2B or manufacturing industries is a plus

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and / or data tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, R)

Eagerness to understand complex products and market dynamics

Strong communication, presentation, and change management skills

Fluent in written and verbal English
