For a renowned 5-star hotel in Salzburg, we are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang (m / f / d).
Here’s what your day will look like :
- Providing care and professional advice to guests from greeting to farewell
- Responsibly managing a station
- Handling cash and creating the daily account statements
- Being responsible for the assigned cash register
- Supervising, training, and supporting subordinate staff
- Having knowledge of current offers and promotions
- Performing mise en place work in the restaurant / bar / banquet area
- Setting up and decorating buffets
- Checking menus, displays, and decorative items for cleanliness and functionality
