- Develop and execute the Business Unit’s commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with Division and Group objectives.
- Lead c ross-functional team collaboration to identify and prioritize growth opportunities with existing and new customers in key market segments.
- Establish and drive regional commercial strategies , ensuring high-performing teams meet ambitious sales growth targets.
- Oversee the development of new customer applications and technology innovations to expand the business.
- Manage customer project portfolio , ensuring engineering excellence and maximized margin potential.
- Drive customer segmentation, business intelligence, and strategic marketing to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Inspire, lead, and develop high-performing commercial project teams , fostering a culture of continuous improvement .
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and profitability.
Your Profile
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience , preferably in the plastics parts and components manufacturing industry .Proven track record in leading international teams and driving business growth .Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).Strong analytical thinking with the ability to navigate complex relationships.Very good presentation and communication skills.Intercultural experience in matrix environment with a trustworthy, empathetic, and equal focused people and performance leadership style.Our Offer
