This job is open to individuals with an EU passport who are willing to move to one of our holiday destinations during Summer 2025 . If you speak English and ideally German, Dutch and / or French, keep reading!

ABOUT OUR OFFER

Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.

Private Health Insurance with Allianz or Sanitas included.

Costs for your visa / work-permit and background check processing are covered.

All Inclusive” package, including flights to and from destination, accommodation with own bedroom, as well as meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times.

Possibility to sign-up for free to our TUI Childcare Academy to obtain an EU-recognized Childcare Qualification.

Plus receive a take home net basic of 875-1050€ per month. (depending on your qualification / experience)

ABOUT YOU

You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents / guardians.

For this position, a recognized childcare qualification / education is beneficial.

You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.

Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.

You are fully conversational in English and ideally German, Dutch and / or French

ABOUT THE JOB

Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.

Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.

Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.

You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents / guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements
