The department steers RBI Group from a financial performance point of view and strives to optimize the usage of financial resources. The department collaborates closely with key stakeholders and decision makers across the entire group.

Your role at RBI
- As a Functional Lead you will coordinate and develop the team of experts responsible for controlling of RBI Austria (“AT”) Business bank and Holding functions
- You will coordinate all activities of the controlling team within Group Financial Steering and also cooperation of this team with other departments within RBI AT
- You will coordinate the process and methodology improvement activities of the controlling team within Financial Steering department
- You will be responsible for the implementation of improvements, also in cooperation with other departments within RBI
- You will be a central contact and challenge point for business partners and other Finance colleagues for RBI controlling topics
- You will be responsible for the planning process (forecasting and budgeting)
- You will be responsible for content analysis of business development / key financial indicators
- You will develop and maintain regular reporting cycles
- You will challenge new projects / initiatives brought by business / other teams or management related to AT
Your core competencies
University degree in Finance or related fieldsAt least 5-7 years of experience in Banking, preferably in finance / treasury / risk areaPro-activeness, ability to adapt to changing situations easily, eagerness to continuously learn and developProfound communication, presentation, and leadership skillsExcellent command of English, other languages are a plusWhat's in it for you
