A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Site Project Manager (m / f / d), your typical day begins at a construction site. You will be responsible for planning and organizing daily site activities with your team, while serving as the main point of contact for customers, authorities, contractors, and partners on-site. Additionally, you will coordinate and collaborate closely with the project management and project team in the back office.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Overall responsibility for all onsite works within the responsibility of the Erection & Commissioning team
• Legal responsibility for the project site and all site staff and responsibility for the on-site order implementation, financial results, time schedule and quality results related to the Siemens Energy scope of work by using standardized tools
• You ensure compliance with the requirements, regulations and procedures governing occupational environmental health and safety (EHS) while promoting and leading the Zero Harm Culture for the scope within your responsibility
• Representation of the interests of Project Management on site to the customer, authorities, contractors, partners, and consultants

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € gross / year for a full-time position (38,5 h / week).
