Envision yourself at Barracuda Barracuda Networks is currently looking for a passionate HRBP eager to make a real impact across a dynamic region to support our Austria offices located in Innsbruck and Vienna. This role will be at the forefront of shaping our employee experience and driving strategic HR initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with Global HRBP’s and local leadership to provide HR support for all employees in the EMEA region. You will be joining a talented Global HRBP team with knowledgeable people to support and develop you. This position will be based in Innsbruck and will report to the Director, HR EMEA.  What you will do :

• Champion the Employee Journey : Be the go-to expert for Austria employees, guiding them through every stage of their journey with us—from recruitment to offboarding.
• Talent Acquisition & Compensation : Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to attract top talent, conduct competitive compensation analyses, and provide strategic compensation recommendations to ensure we remain a leading employer of choice in the region.
• Employee Relations : Partner with Global HR Business Partners to address employee relations matters and support local management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Regional Leadership : Take the lead as our HR representative for Austria, offering valuable insights and collaborating on enterprise-wide HR programs to ensure regional needs are met.
• Compliance & Documentation : Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and records to meet local legal requirements, including meeting all time & attendance CBA standards, as well as handling employment contracts and new hire documentation with precision, whilst partnering with local authorities for general compliance.
• Trusted Advisor : Serve as a key advisor to senior colleagues, providing HR support for global initiatives and helping leaders achieve their business goals.
• Engagement & Culture : Organize and oversee local Employee Engagement Events to foster a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.

Mitarbeiterreise begleiten : Sei die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden in Österreich, von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt.

Talentakquise & Vergütung : Arbeite mit Hiring Managern und Recruitern zusammen, um Top-Talente zu gewinnen. Führe Vergütungsanalysen durch und gib strategische Empfehlungen.

Mitarbeiterbeziehungen : Unterstütze das lokale Management und arbeite mit globalen HR-Teams zusammen, um ein positives Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.

Regionale Führung : Übernimm die HR-Verantwortung für Österreich und stelle sicher, dass regionale HR-Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden.

Compliance & Dokumentation : Pflege HR-Richtlinien und Aufzeichnungen, sorge für die Einhaltung lokaler Vorschriften und Verträge.

Beraterfunktion : Unterstütze Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung globaler HR-Initiativen und Erreichung ihrer Ziele.

Was du mitbringst :

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR oder einem verwandten Bereich

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

10+ Jahre HR-Erfahrung, davon mindestens 4 Jahre in einer HRBP-Rolle

Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften zur Umsetzung von HR-Lösungen

Fundierte Kenntnisse in internationalen HR-Richtlinien und Kollektivverträgen

Fortgeschrittene MS Office- und HRIS-Kenntnisse

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
