• Translate customer needs into smart, functional application features
• Define technical specs and write high-quality, maintainable code
• Develop business-critical applications, custom extensions, and interface systems
• Build integrations with external systems, EDI, and contract manufacturer software
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications
• Optionally : Get ready to integrate AI and machine learning models into applications as we expand our tech horizon What we expect :
• Education : University BSc in IT, Telematics, Software Development, or Computer Science
• Experience : 1-3 years in a comparable position; hands-on with business application development
• Languages : Fluent in German and English
• Tech Stack : VB.NET, Python, Java, C++
• Experience with software systems, architecture, and implementation
• Familiarity with SQL and data processing
• First-hand experience or interest in AI / ML tools and frameworks is a big plus
• Strong analytical mindset, clean coding habits
• Conceptual skills & good time management
• Acting independently, process-oriented & capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
