Your job

You manage the product life cycle of our lighting component including from product ideation (PI) to the market launch and to market exit / product grave (PO). As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our Lighting components and make a significant impact on our customers and industry.

• You define and lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for lighting components, hence you establish the launch of innovative, new products and improve ones that are already on the market.
• Aligned to this, you identify opportunities and trends by understanding of the relevant market (conduct market research, competitor benchmarking), customers’ demands and recognizing their requirements.
• You collaborate intensively with our customers, sales, architects, product designers and other trades (electrical planners, electricians, etc.) to define and implement an innovative, customer-oriented product portfolio.
• By connecting sales and customers with many organizational disciplines, you guarantee the success of your product. You therefore interact closely with our sales team.
• You will work with central and local marketing specialists to design launch packages (user stories for videos, brochures, images etc.) that will thrill your customers and boost sales.
• You give presentations and training on your current product portfolio.
• You are "the entrepreneur in the company" when you work for us as product manager. As primary point of contact and diplomatic negotiator, you execute innovative lighting solutions that inspire our customers and thereby enable profitable growth of your product portfolio.

Legally binding notice : Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 67.324,- p.a. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
