The Role :
Work with world leading game publishers and bring your love of gaming into your work. As a Key Account Manager at Denuvo, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our security solutions and services. Collaborating closely with our internal development team, sales team, and Quality Assurance (QA) department, you will facilitate seamless project execution and effective communication between departments. The role has a lot of great components from coordinating with internal teams to meet project requirements, timelines, and deliverables as well as identifying new business opportunities and providing support to grow our portfolio. As a role in safeguarding our clients' games from piracy and cheating you will instantly be adding value to the wider gaming community.
Your mission at Irdeto :
- Build and maintain direct relationships with key customers, acting as their primary contact point.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal development teams, effectively communicating project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Educate clients on Denuvo's security processes, workflows, and technical requirements via email, Slack, video calls, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, gaming developments, and competitor activities to better serve our clients.
