Aufgaben
Your mission
As our Mid-Market Account Manager at Prewave, you will
- Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers to ensure long-term growth and profitability
- Be an expert on the main (LKsG, Resilience) and newest (EUDR, EUBR) products Prewave can offer to our customers. Be able to confidently talk about the different ESG regulations that may apply to customers, what customers are required to do, what Prewave offers and how that compares with alternative solutions in the market
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay informed of industry developments and adjust account strategies as necessary
- Own the sales process end-to-end. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the assigned portfolio. Take ownership of those opportunities by qualifying them (BANT qualification). Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring that terms are in line with company objectives and financial targets. Lead the deal all the way to winning it
- Contribute to our team's quarterly and annual upsell goals
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and customer feedback to management.
- Attend events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and build networks.
