About the Role

As a growing organization, demand on our recruitment resources continues to grow. The current recruitment function requires clear structure and additional capacity to ensure that we can continue to meet the needs of the business. To be able to execute on business expectations, the management of the pipeline of recruitment activity needs to be more effective. The Recruitment Program Manager, will :

• Formalize the recruitment function into a single, dedicated function
• Manage the day-to-day operations from a functional perspective
• Regularly evaluate and evolve processes, recommending process improvements to improve efficiency
• Effectively report on recruitment performance to allow us to measure ourselves and course correct
• Focus on effectively building an internal talent pipeline through a formalized trainee program

Under the leadership and direction of the Director, HR, they will be accountable for defining requirements and managing people, process, data in order to accomplish this.

The annual remuneration package for this position is a minimum of EUR 75.000,- with corresponding qualification. We offer attractive benefits (e.g. discretionary performance bonus) and a salary which is in line with market conditions depending on your skills and experience.
