As our Senior DevOps Engineer youll support HIDs successby :

• Owning and managing the deployment and operations of our SaaS product ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Designing implementing and maintaining GitLab CI / CD pipelines to automate build test and deployment processes.
• Developing and managing scalable infrastructure as code using Pulumi with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Operating observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch and for performance monitoring logging and alerting.
• Proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks reliability risks and system failures.
• Participating in on-call rotation and incident response ensuring rapid recovery and root-cause analysis as needed. Your focus is on stable infrastructure and avoiding such situations in advance.
• Managing and supporting critical data infrastructure including MySQL Redis and S3.
• Ensuring high availability fault tolerance and data security across all storage and caching systems.
• Implementing security best practices for handling secrets access management and protecting infrastructure from threats.
• Regularly auditing systems for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Working closely with developers product managers and QA teams to streamline deployments and optimize workflows.
• Contributing to disaster recovery planning backups and failover procedures.
• Writing clear documentation for infrastructure deployment workflows and troubleshooting processes.
