StellenbeschreibungEstablish and nurture relationships with influential KOLs in the wound care and surgical specialties to enhance clinical collaboration and advocacy. Build long-term partnerships with both regional and global KOLs, and contribute to the creation and development of advisory and consultative boards. Develop, manage, and implement an educational calendar of activities aimed at expanding knowledge and supporting business growth in the clinical community. Provide expert advice on best practices and emerging innovations, ensuring that clinical insights drive product development and commercialization efforts. Establish yourself as the company’s wound care expert, guiding clinical initiatives and positioning the business as a leader in the field. Act as the primary clinical point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing support and expertise across departments. Serve as the clinical voice within the DACH & CEE leadership team, providing guidance and influencing decisions from a clinical perspective. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure that clinical evidence and education are aligned with commercial objectives and help drive success in the market. Proactively share key clinical evidence and insights with both internal and external stakeholders to support product adoption and enhance market positioning. Manage the local clinical budget and ensure the effective implementation of planned activities. Advanced University Degree in Life Sciences Strong Knowledge of Wound Care Experienced in medical affairs (or equivalent) as well as sales Well versed in understanding and analysing scientific data and publications External credibility with Health Care Professionals and strong relationship builder Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills, confident at external speaking Strong commercial mindset and well versed in multidisciplinary project management Collaborative working style and with an analytic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude Proficient knowledge of German and English required Willingness to travel regionally (at least 50%) You will be part of a dynamic team within a global company Ever-changing work environment where you will get space for your ideas and you are encouraged to take challenges and grow Open, friendly and fair working atmosphere Attractive career prospects and development opportunities Flexible working hours Annual bonus in addition to your monthly salary of course Pension plan and corporate benefits program Company car (also for private use) and mobile IT equipment The opportunity to help make patients’ life better
