With the transformation to RISE with SAP (S / 4HANA), your team will be responsible for the technical and architectural foundation of this transition.
You will lead the SAP team across all modules and the SAP Basis, actively shaping the future system landscape while ensuring the secure and stable operation of the current SAP system. Your team will be responsible for the technical implementation of this transformation, the solution architecture, and the integration of new cloud services (SAP BTP).
This role combines strategic development , technical management , and team leadership .
We are looking for an experienced leader however, we are also deliberately opening the position to candidates who want to grow into a lead role and have a strong hands-on mentality .
Your tasks
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Leadership, mentoring and development of a growing team of SAP solution architects and SAP / ERP specialists
- Close collaboration with ERP program management, IT service / demand management and central departments
Strategic responsibility
Design and further development of the SAP & ERP platform strategy, with a focus on :RISE with SAP S / 4HANA Cloud TransitionSolution Architecture & Technical Platform ConceptsCloud readiness and technological future-proofingShared responsibility for a harmonized and future-proof ERP architecture within the groupTechnical enablement of the RISE migration
Responsibility for the technical foundation of the S / 4HANA transformationEnsuring the technical prerequisites (integrations, security, infrastructure, system landscape)Close coordination with implementation partners, service providers and SAPOperational ERP / SAP responsibility
Management and prioritization of projects between transformation and ongoing operationsEnsuring a reliable, secure and service-oriented ERP operationAssumption of compliance responsibility (ISAE, internal controls, audits)Vendor, license & contract management
Management of external partners, including contract and SLA managementSupport in SAP license and lifecycle managementQualifications
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, IT management, business administration or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in the SAP environment.Experience in SAP transformation projects, ideally related to RISE with SAP or S / 4HANAProven leadership or management experience or a clear willingness to grow into a leadership roleSolid knowledge of SAP system landscapes, ERP architectures and cloud conceptsExperience in vendor and stakeholder managementProject management skills, ideally with agile methodsVery good German and English skills (C1C2)Strong hands-on mentality, high analytical skills and structured working method
