Technical SaaS Sales Specialist (m / f / d)

We need your energy to :

  • Drive new SaaS business growth through proactive outreach, networking, and client acquisition.
  • Represent our company at trade fairs and industry events, building your network and generating valuable leads.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to showcase our SaaS solutions to prospective customers.
  • Manage the entire SaaS sales process from initial contact and needs analysis, to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in our CRM system for seamless internal and external communication.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitors, positioning our platform strategically in the European market.
  • Define and achieve sales targets and performance KPIs in collaboration with the sales team.

You bring the following qualifications :

  • Passion for technology, innovation, and digital transformation in the energy and SaaS sectors.
  • Genuine interest in energy industry topics (ICT and energy market knowledge).
  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, information technology, computer science, business informatics, energy technology, or a related field or equivalent practical experience in SaaS or energy technology sales.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or energy technology industry, with proven success in direct customer engagement and account management
  • Solid understanding and practical experience in energy markets, with familiarity in smart grids, renewable energy systems, and flexibility management considered a strong advantage.
  • A proactive, communicative, and responsible team player with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Enjoyment in working collaboratively with interdisciplinary and international teams.
  • Excellent command of German (C1 or higher) and English (B2-C1), both written and spoken.

    Our company is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Companies in the Field of Automatic Data Processing and Information Technology Services. We offer you a flexible contract model tailored to your individual needs, as well as a competitive salary that reflects your qualifications and experience.
