As a
- C&E Sales Executive (all genders)
, you will be responsible for selling events and room allocations for our 3 Vienna Hilton Hotels. With your passion for hospitality, you will handle customer inquiries, prepare offers and contracts, and manage invoicing.
Other responsibilities include :
Selling rooms, event spaces, and servicesDeveloping offers and contracts according to customer / guest requirementsManaging and coordinating event / room bookingsIndependently conducting professional property tours and detailed discussions with customersTimely and efficient communication with customers / guests and colleaguesTimely creation and distribution of BEOs, Alterations, Daily reports, etc.Greeting, assisting, and bidding farewell to customers / guestsConducting debriefs after eventsChecking (deposit) invoices for completeness and timely paymentAdhering to all Hilton revenue guidelines and deadlinesGenerating all necessary reports and statisticsCorrect and complete entry of required data and activities into specific computer systemsParticipating in and supporting marketing activities such as BBOB Calls, Sales Blitz, etc.Attending regular Communication Meetings (C&E / BD / Hotel)In addition to your passion for hospitality and team spirit, you bring the following :
