You will collaborate closely with esteemed clients and academic collaborators, taking charge of the advancement of trapped-ion quantum processors (ionQPUs). This will involve spearheading the industrialization of ionQPUs through the integration of multiple chips, driving the development of this cutting-edge technology. In your new role you will :

• Drive technology development for trapped-ion quantum processors, with focus scaling towards very large chips
• Co-develop the next generations of QPUs with our commercial partners
• Enable the research community through projects with academic partners
• Supervise master and PhD students You are a proactive individual with a passion for new technologies and eager to join us on our quest to create a more sustainable future for everyone. In addition, you define yourself through clear communication and as a team player. To thrive on your quantum adventure, you should :
• Have a PhD in physics, quantum engineering, computational physics or similar
• Bring more than five years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quantum optics, and / or (trapped-ion) quantum computing
• Be a highly motivated individual who wants quantum computing to become a reality
