Architecture
- Gather and organize technical data; prepare drawings, plans, and documentation for global projects, with a focus on fit-out and refurbishment within existing structures.
- Design architectural and engineering plans, and develop detailed specifications.
- Collaborate and consult with professionals from various disciplines to ensure project success.
- Oversee the work of local engineers, provide guidance to contractors and subcontractors during construction, and supervise (remotely) the implementation of layout designs.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies by engaging in continuous learning and professional development.
Project Management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.Oversee the bidding process and ensure compliance with project requirements.Address project issues promptly and ensure all objectives are met.Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to meet budget targets.Foster teamwork and ensure alignment towards shared goals.Willingness and ability to travel internationally to construction sites as required.Real Estate
Liaise with various departments and industry professionals to support real estate initiatives.Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and proposals for the CEO.Contribute to the development and maintenance of CornerstoneONE's standards and requirements.Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or EngineeringExperience
At least 5 years of professional experience as an architectPractical, hands-on understanding of the construction process, including construction supervision and preparation of Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings and documentationExperience in real estate is an advantageSkills & Competencies

The minimum monthly salary will be according to the collective agreement. A significant overpayment is possible based on experience
