Especially, our marine engineering expertise has made Kalmar the leading supplier of large lighting features to the cruise industry. We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated Team Leader – Premium Decorative Lighting (m / w / d) Full-time 38,5 h.
- Commercial and operational management of a small team that sells decorative lightings internationally in the high-quality premium segment to retailers and in project business
- Responsible to agree and achieve quantitative and qualitative targets (including sales and distribution targets)
- Maintenance and expansion of customer base, continuous support of existing national and international customers, and identification of potential for new customer acquisition
- You are in direct contact with retailers and A&D community to provide, together with the team, outstanding service to our customers, including brand and product training
- Process optimization : Analysis of existing processes, programs, and ongoing optimization to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction (lessons learned for future projects).
- Operationally responsible to prepare project calculations, pricing, and supply chain
- You will use the merchandise management module (BMD NTCS) for the entire supply chain, including reporting, and continuously adapt it
- Several years of experience in B2B
- You have an excellent completed commercial training program and high commercial competence
- Several years of experience in the lighting industry and / or in high-end furniture and luxury retail are an advantage
- You have excellent English skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are a natural leader
- You have very good knowledge of ERP systems (BMD NTCS knowledge is an advantage)
- You are goal- and solution-oriented and your working is structured
- You have a high willingness to travel and a valid work permit for Austria

This position is classified in employment group V with a minimum gross salary of EUR 4,205. Depending on qualifications and proven experience, the company is willing to pay a higher, market-standard salary and also offer performance-related bonuses.
