As Legal Counsel Data & Privacy Compliance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, updating and expanding Red Bull's global Data & Privacy Compliance Framework. This framework covers not only worldwide data protection regulations but also emerging data-related and cybersecurity laws such as the EU Data Act, EU Cyber Resilience Act and further Data & Cybersecurity laws around the world.
In this role, you will focus on developing global processes and driving strategic compliance projects, rather than handling day-to-day legal operations. In doing so, you will help align and implement requirements across different data privacy, cybersecurity and other data laws and strengthen an innovative, global Data & Privacy Strategy for Red Bull.

DATA PRIVACY COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
Execute Red Bull's global Data Privacy Compliance Program by translating existing and upcoming data privacy regulations into actionable global processes and governance structures. In this area, you will lead and support cross-functional strategic projects that enhance compliant data handling, such as data retention & deletion projects; projects improving current global data incident handling and data subject requests handling processes. You will help to raise maturity of Red Bull's global data privacy framework.
EXPERTISE IN CYBERSECURITY LAWS
You will be an expert in translating legal cybersecurity requirements across the world into actionable processes and be part of improving and expanding Red Bull's global framework for cybersecurity. This requires also close collaboration with our technical counterparts within the company.
UPCOMING DATA LAWS
You will lead and support projects to analyse new and upcoming data regulations to include them into Red Bull's Global Data & Privacy Compliance Framework. You will assist Red Bull's Business Units to implement upcoming data law legal requirements by providing actionable global processes and governance structures.
LEGAL MONITORING
You will assist with knowledge sharing and the monitoring of Data & Privacy developments across the world.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.446,- gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
