In your new role, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge power GaN technology within a state-of-the-art 300mm wafer production environment. We're looking for an experienced technical lead ideally with strong project management skills who can drive collaboration and guide cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence in decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership and project management in a highly innovative and strategically important area at Infineon.

In your new job you will :

• Lead the development of a new generation power GaN wafer technology
• Be responsible for the technology project
• Contribute to new device concepts and process integration schemes for GaN HEMTs manufactured in a 300mm line
• Drive design activities of technology test chip
• Coordinate DoEs, tracking of development lots in the production line
• Collaborate with technical marketing on requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with wafer fab organization to develop new unit processes
• Be part of an international team of passionate and experienced engineers
• Provide technical advice for management decisions

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
