Responsibilities

• leading an agile Scrum team and guiding them towards success
• working on projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and test‑driven development
• expanding your knowledge and experience by working on various exciting projects and sharing your expertise with the team
• applying your communication skills in a diverse team environment
• being the go‑to person for technical questions and providing technical support to your team members
• ensuring that the project adheres to our technical quality standards, such as test‑driven development
• designing sustainable state‑of‑the‑art software solutions
• providing technical leadership to your team members and guiding them in their professional growth
• constantly developing and improving your tech‑stack and architecture know‑how
