A Snapshot of Your Day

With the construction of major projects at Siemens Energy, such as HVDC systems, power transmission systems, power plants, green hydrogen production solutions and grid stabilization systems, you will contribute to the energy transition.

Working at the Siemens Energy office location will help you to interact with the Erection and Commissioning team. Woking in home office is partly possible. You are available for international business trips.

As resource manager (m / f / d) you are responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers and Chief TFAs within the Site Management function of EC.

You are coordinating staff assignments, identifying resource needs, and ensuring resources are used efficiently to support our project construction sites globally.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Planning, sourcing, training, allocation and onboarding of qualified Site Project Managers, Construction Managers and Chief Technical Field Advisors according to the business - and project requirements.
  • Regular status update to Erection and Commissioning Organization senior management.
  • Acting as manager for part of the allocated personnel.
  • You will support the allocated personnel to make an excellent site job. You will receive and give feedback about their performance.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience on similar position on complex, industrial projects, preferred from energy market (Power Plant or Transmission projects).
  • Experience in working at industrial construction sites.
  • Availability for travelling worldwide to support and train allocated personal.
  • Experience in collaboration and working in international and multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge about project management methodology and related tools.
  • Open- minded, decision making and independence in actions.
  • English and German skills on C1 level.

  • At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of ,02€ gross / year for a full-time position (38,5 h / week).
