Demi Chef de Partie - Pastamara

Your tasks :

  • Preparation and cooking of our high-quality dishes to the satisfaction of our guests, as well as monitoring the mis-en-place
  • Sharing responsibility for a smooth organization and workflow in the entire kitchen area
  • Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene (HACCP)

    • We encourage your talent and offer you the opportunity to develop into a Chef de Partie.

    Your Competencies :

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a chef
  • A high level of expertise and creativity
  • An independent and autonomous way of working
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Quality awareness, good constitution and enthusiasm for the job
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German and Italian an advantage
