You’ll be responsible for designing and building dynamic, reusable frontend components that power experiences across platforms like redbull.com, seen by millions worldwide. By taking full ownership of your work, you’ll ensure the web experiences are optimized for performance, usability, and innovation at every layer of our tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop product features with special attention to feature completeness, testability, and maintainability, satisfying the team’s high standards of design, code quality, and test automation.
• Collaborate closely with peers within and outside the team, promoting pair programming and constructive feedback, to continuously improve skills and help teammates become better professionals.
• Contribute to the system’s architecture, challenging solutions and requirements, and advance architecture to support autonomy, throughput, and a positive developer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and standards, scanning the market for innovative solutions, creating prototypes and pilots, and driving ideas that push boundaries and create impact.
• Engage in business and product discussions, collaborating with stakeholders to develop technically feasible requirements and shape the product vision in alignment with organizational objectives.

Compensation

Minimum salary : EUR 2,303 gross per month (collective agreement). The total compensation package is market‑aligned and generally exceeds this minimum.
