Your Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies and fill expert and senior-level positions across various business functions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Create and publish engaging job postings that reflect our brand and attract top talent.
- Collaborate on employer branding campaigns, including events, social media, and offline advertisements, in close alignment with our Talent Attraction team.
- Track and report on recruiting and HR metrics to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally focused on white-collar roles.Excellent proficiency in English and German;additional languages are a plus.
Strong interviewing and diagnostic skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and diverse stakeholders.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and structured, self-organized work style.International mindset, intercultural competence, and openness to change in a dynamic environment.What We Offer
