Client Advisors & Sales Support (f / m / d) – (full time)

Your accountabilities :

• Manage autonomously sales related to all categories of products sold in the store
• Manage the relation with the customer during the whole process from customer welcome at store to payment
• Input customer and sales data into the proper software system
• Perform packaging on request for items sold
• Create, develop and manage a solid network of high level and loyal clientele
• Organize visual merchandising material, prepare shelves / windows according to Bulgari guidelines
• Take in charge items to repair brought back by customers and fill in the proper repair slip performing a brief interview on the item damage
