YOUR ROLE
As a Project Manager, you ensure our projects run smoothly from the initial idea to implementation. You are the conductor of our orchestra making sure every instrument plays at the right time, and the big picture comes together harmoniously. You coordinate tasks across teams, plan schedules, set priorities, and ensure everyone is aligned.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, manage, and implement projects across various departments (e.g., Marketing, IT, Product Management)Create project briefs in close collaboration with teamsDefine milestones and ensure projects are completed on time and successfullyCreate and maintain project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and release strategiesLiaise directly with relevant stakeholders and decision-makers (e.g., management)Partner closely with product owners, communications specialists, designers, etc.Communicate regularly with all parties about progress, deadlines, and prioritiesOrganize and facilitate meetings always focused on results and motivation (e.g., Daily Stand-Ups, Check-ins, Retros)YOUR PROFILE
3-5+ years of experience in project management in a digital environmentCompleted education in project management, communications, business, or a related fieldExperience working with cross-functional teams (developers, product, design, communications, QA)Experience managing projects or coordinating teams ideally in a dynamic, agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)Structured, proactive, and hands-on mindsetAbility to work well with different personalities and remain calm and solution-oriented under pressureFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, DevOps, Loop, etc.Strong English skills are an advantage as we operate in an international environmentYOUR PERSPECTIVES

On a full-time basis, this is EUR 2,303.00 gross per month (as of 2025).
