  • Financial Reporting & Closing : Execute the monthly and annual closing processes for both financial and non-financial reporting with precision and efficiency.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting : Collaborate in the preparation of forecasts and budgets, aligning them with the company's strategic business objectives.
  • Compliance & Control : Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external financial regulations.
  • Automation & Digitalization : Actively participate in the implementation of automation tools and digital solutions to streamline financial workflows.
  • Cost Center Controlling : Conduct thorough cost center controlling for Division Management, ensuring accurate allocation and vigilant monitoring of financial resources
  • Project Participation : Participate in interdisciplinary projects to improve financial reporting and processes.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or a related field with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 2 years of professional experience in Business Services Finance, covering : Controlling or Consolidation or Tax documentation.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, and financial planning.
  • First experience in using SAP FI / CO and BI tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with analytical tools.
  • Fluency in English, German highly beneficial
  • Proactive attitude with strong humbleness and a clear willingness to learn
  • Motivated by personal and professional growth , aiming to develop into a well-rounded finance professional
