Job Description

• Lead a specialized IT department (approximately 10 employees)
• Ensure the operation and continuous development of IT systems
• Manage change processes (change requests) and contribute to national and international IT projects
• Collaborate closely with business units and subsidiaries to ensure smooth operations
• Provide hands‑on operational support to your team members on technical and methodological matters
• Plan and coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources within the department

We offer a fair and market‑aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 5,000 (based on full‑time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
