Join Our Team : IT Service Management for Financial Market Data Services

Are you ready to make an impact in the fast-paced world of financial information data services? We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Service Management professional. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the resilience and efficiency of our operations by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including data providers. You will join a small agile team, which is collaborating within Head Office, Business Units as well as Network Banks.

Your mission at RBI

  • Manage services with service providers in the specific domain of financial market data services.
  • Effective relationship management with key market data vendors and vendor performance management as well as simplifying the vendor contracts landscape and rationalizing the licensing costs.
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Incorporate operational standards to comply with industry regulations and best practices as well as facilitate a meaningful documentation.
  • Management of market data service budget including cost management : consumption monitoring, budget execution, budget input, forecasts, accruals.
  • Support of current and future market analysis : explore diverse options, market landscape, market date sources comparison.

Your core competencies

  • Proven experience in an IT service manager role in a corporate or enterprise company
  • Proficiency in IT SLA, budget management and understanding of financial IT application architecture
  • Understanding of cyber security and IT risk requirements within a regulated environment
  • Sufficient knowledge in data access and license compliance management
  • Strong soft skills including the ability to work as part of an agile organization.
  • Proficiency in English to collaborate and negotiate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and vendors

  • Experiences about market data products & administration services (LSEG RTDS – LSEG D.A.C.S, LSEG Eikons, LSEG E.A.S., Bloomberg CSC, Bloomberg BPIPE, Bloomberg Terminals, Bloomberg DL, ION Analytics)
