Freelance Senior Client Manager / German-speaking

We are seeking an experienced  freelance Senior Client Manager to manage an exciting project for one of our clients.

Working closely with the client and Saffron’s internal team, you will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the client’s objectives.

Key requirement :  native German-speaking

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management : Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring clear tracking of deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

Client Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for the client, managing daily communications, chairing meetings, and summarising actionable outcomes.

Partner Management : coordination and manage a set of external partners that will work closely with Saffron on the overall project ambition.

Content & Quality Assurance : Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to review deliverables, ensuring they meet the client brief and objectives.

Budget Management : Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and address challenges proactively. Oversee budget tracking and flag deviations with solutions.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience managing branding or communication-led projects.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Financial acumen to oversee project budgets and reporting.

Familiarity with branding or creative agency workflows.

Location :

Preferred locations : London, Vienna, Madrid. Remote working from other locations may be considered.
