The Role

As CEO, you will take overall responsibility for strategy, execution, and market positioning .

You will translate scientific and regulatory excellence into scalable, commercial success — balancing product validation, operational discipline, and controlled growth.

The Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy for validated analytical solutions.
• Oversee technology development and regulatory validation across all product lines
• Drive market access and B2B partnerships within pharma, healthcare, and life sciences across Europe.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, ICH, and CFR 21 Part 11 standards.
• Build and lead an agile, cross-functional team committed to operational excellence and compliance.
• Represent the company to investors, regulators, and strategic partners .
