About the team :

In the role of Product Discovery & Delivery Manager (f / m / d) at group.One, you drive end-to-end product delivery by combining discovery and delivery practices to ensure we build the right things and build them right. Your role ensures that product decisions are guided by data, validated through experimentation, and delivered with high quality to achieve meaningful customer and business impact.

Your Responsibilites :

Discovery :

• Outcome-Driven Backlog & Validation – Cultivate and prioritize the backlog around OKRs, business impact, and validated opportunities through experiments, A / B tests, and customer insights.
• Evidence-Based Problem Framing – Partner with Product Managers to define and refine problem statements, success metrics, and hypotheses, challenging assumptions with data-driven insights.
• Lean Solution Exploration – Apply lean discovery approaches to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business viability when shaping potential solutions.

Salary :

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 60.000, (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours / week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
