Your Role and Daily Tasks

Manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms.

Analyze key performance data, identify insights, and propose improvement strategies.

Build keyword strategies, set bids, and manage budgets for maximum ROI.

Deliver high-quality reports and performance analyses to internal teams and clients.

Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them toward better digital outcomes.

Contribute to process improvements and share optimization best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Native-level or fluent German (C1–C2) and strong English (B2+) .

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads or similar platforms.

Strong analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and client service skills.

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card.

Availability to relocate to Lisbon soon.
