In this role, you’ll lead the product organization behind our flagship product, Philips SpeechLive, and define its next chapter as we expand into Legal AI and Health AI. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll set the vision, guide execution, and inspire a culture of innovation—ensuring our products continue to deliver meaningful, intuitive experiences that shape the future of professional work.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the software product strategy for SpeechLive, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities, exploring emerging technologies, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement across product & development teams.
• Lead and mentor the product management team, building a culture of ownership, innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle— from market research and ideation to launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely, high‑quality product development.
• Act as a key stakeholder for the organization in prioritizing demands, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and expectations, ensuring customer‑centric product development.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer support to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
• Define clear KPIs and use data to measure product success, inform decisions, and guide continuous optimization.
