• Design, implement, and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architectures aligned with business goals and modern engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and technical team members to understand pain points, gather requirements, and refine technical needs.
• Propose and prototype end-to-end IT solutions to solve complex business challenges, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term scalability.
• Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code, contributing to key projects and mentoring developers on best practices and modern technologies.
• Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date technical documentation covering architectural decisions, implementation details, and development guidelines.
• Support the adoption of agile and DevOps principles to enhance delivery speed, quality, and collaboration across teams.
• Continuously research, evaluate, and experiment with new technologies, tools, and practices to drive innovation.
• Have 7+ years of experience in software engineering and / or software architecture, with proven ability to architect and implement cloud-native applications using AWS.
• Strong experience in agile delivery models.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to be a change agent, creating impact and driving progress.
