Overview

Our client is transforming its IT organisation to prepare for 2026. The IT organisation will serve diverse stakeholders, delivering solutions that reflect quality, innovation, and value. The organisation is being restructured into three divisions : Strategy, Quality, and Delivery. We are seeking a senior operational executive to lead the Strategy division, overseeing enterprise architecture and frameworks that will shape the direction of services and platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and long-term roadmaps
Oversee enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and guardrails
Align strategy with product delivery and organisational goals
Scan markets for trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
Mentor and lead a small, dynamic strategy and architecture team

Skills & experience

Senior leadership in enterprise architecture, product strategy, or technology planning

Strong technical skills in architecture with strategic planning expertise

Proven ability to engage executives, stakeholders, and external partners

Market and competitor scanning capability

Executive-level influence across strategy and architecture

Step up for senior enterprise architects into broader leadership

Shape one of three core divisions in a transforming IT organisation

Flexible hybrid model

This role is based in Brisbane CBD. To be considered for this role you must have full Australian working rights.
