We are looking for a visionary and driven professional to spearhead digital innovation in the customer services domain. In this key role, you will shape the future of our customer service experience by harnessing advanced technologies to deliver greater satisfaction, seamless accessibility, and operational excellence.

  • Manage internal and external teams of development engineers and scientists, while developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Translating business requirements into actionable project plans aligned with business needs, stakeholder expectations and portfolio management
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the development and deployment of digital self-service solutions, fitting into the customer services strategy
  • Primary point of contact for business and process owners in the Customer Service domain, including stakeholders from the business sector, technical experts, and external partners, while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Harmonize existing digital activities, tools, and processes while coordinating digital innovation activities and service solutions across teams
  • Completed education (Secondary Technical College, University or University of Applied Sciences, or comparable) with a focus on Informatics / Telematics or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in digital services or customer services projects
  • Knowledge in SW development coding and methods as well as Digital Services
  • Experience in Cloud technologies (preferably Azure Cloud Services)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Business fluent knowledge in German and English
