In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package . The gross monthly salary for hours is based on the collective agreement for salaried employees in the automotive industry (Fachverband Fahrzeugindustrie). The actual salary will then be determined depending on your training, qualifications, experience as well as your future job and the number of hours you work for us
