Specialist, Accounting Direct Sales

We are shaping the sales processes of the future and are responsible for optimizing our international financial processes. We are building the future line organization for the financial handling of BMW Group’s new vehicle business. Our organization collaborates across Europe with all European sales companies.

Specialist, Accounting Direct Sales (f/m/x).

What can you expect?

• Active participation in the optimization and further development of our international financial processes in the context of direct sales, to make them more efficient and effective.
• In addition to process optimization, the tasks particularly include quality assurance in accounting processes such as account reconciliations, dunning, intercompany reconciliations, and the internal control system.
• You create documentation of the financial processes and act as the contact person for our external service provider.
• You work closely with our international process partners and stakeholders to collaboratively find innovative solutions.
• Analysis of our financial systems and applications and identification of optimization opportunities in close coordination with IT.
• Preparation of reports and presentations for management to inform about progress and results.

What can we expect?

• You bring 2-3 years of professional experience in the finance sector; a certified public accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) exam is an advantage.
• IT affinity and familiarity with financial processes and systems (SAP knowledge is advantageous).
• Completed degree with a focus on finance or relevant practical experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English skills and willingness to learn German. Fluent German skills represents a plus.
