Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer support processes.

Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.Strong customer service and communication skills.Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.Proactive and positive approach with a desire to help others.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.Benefits
