You will be part of our the Group Data and Reporting Governance team, which is a Department located within the Group Data Management area at Erste Group.
Your Tasks
- Support the implementation of the group-wide Data, Reporting and BCBS 239 Governance in close collaboration with the teams core experts
- Establish standards to ensure full compliance with internal and external requirements
- Execute governance oversight and ensures smooth, ideally automated processes.
- Collaborate with relevant business and IT units across the Group
- Coordinate various types of meetings with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that key findings and outcomes are continuously monitored and tracked
Your Background
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. economics, banking / finance, IT)Minimum of 2 years of experience in data governance, data management, or reporting, ideally in a financial services environmentSolid understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS 239)Familiarity with data management tools (e.g. Collibra, Tableau, Power BI)Solution-focused and results-oriented mindset, combined with efficient working practicesTeam player with a reliable, structured working style and excellent communication skillsFluency in English; German or any CEE language is an advantageOur Offer
