As the Commercial Manager , you will take full responsibility for our manufacturer customer segment, leading two key teams :
- Business Development – Driving sales and partnerships with diagnostic manufacturers.
- Customer Success – Ensuring seamless onboarding, retention, and value delivery for customers.
You will be a key figure in shaping commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a highly regulated market. A strong exchange with commercial teams for other customer segments, as well as marketing and product management, is crucial to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage business development and customer success teams .Develop and execute strategies to grow the manufacturer customer segment .Build and maintain strong relationships with diagnostic manufacturers and industry stakeholders .Ensure customer success and long-term engagement with our digital platform.Optimize sales processes, CRM implementation, and data-driven decision-making .Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.Collaborate with product and regulatory teams to align customer needs with platform development.Foster strong communication and collaboration with commercial teams for other customer segments, as well as marketing and product management .Location : Vienna, Austria based with the ability to travel up to 30% across Europe
What you bring to the table :
Deep knowledge of the diagnostics market , including regulatory frameworks (IVDR, ISO standards) .10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership in the diagnostics industry.Masters degree in a life sciences, diagnostics, or business-related fieldStrong team leadership experience , with a proven ability to coach and grow teams .Entrepreneurial spirit – self-starter with a hands-on approach to leadership.Experience with digital platforms and SaaS solutions in the diagnostics or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.Strong business acumen , negotiation skills, and strategic mindset .CRM expertise and a data-driven approach to commercial operations.Willingness to travel up to 30% across Europe.Nice to have :
PhD preferred , ideally in a life sciences, diagnostics, or business-related field.What we offer :
