Job Description : Your tasks :
- Independent educational research and teaching with a focus on psychoanalysis
- Scientific research in the field of psychoanalysis and its applications in (social) pedagogy, subject & socialisation theory and social psychology with relevance to educational science, in particular on the dimensions of authoritarianism (misogyny, racism, anti-Semitism, social Darwinism)
- Independent teaching in the psychoanalytical modules of the BA and MA programmes of the Faculty of Education, supervision of students and examination activities
- Assistance with administrative tasks of the institute
Your profile :
Degree in educational science or related disciplines with an excellent diploma or master's thesisExcellent dissertation in educational science or a related disciplineExcellent knowledge of psychoanalytic theories and concepts as well as current scientific developments of psychoanalysis and their applications in pedagogical and socio-psychological areas on gender relations, authoritarianism, misogyny, violence and anti-Semitism in the context of critical theoryKnowledge of qualitative methodsGerman language skills : C1 level according to CEFR, English language skills : B2 / C1; IT skillsExperience in the context of third-party funded projectsSpecialised publications and scientific presentationsExperience in academic teachingPlease enclose with your application a teaching concept for a Master's seminar on current psychoanalytic discourses on upbringing, education and culture in educational science at the University of Innsbruck (1-2 pages), as well as your list of publications and your two most important publications as PDF filesOur offer :
