The Senior Manager Product Performance Service Agreements (m / f / d) is responsible for strategic service decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and EBITDA for the global service agreement. This role involves leading a team of 3 people, managing the Service Contract Life cycle Management Tool, and ensuring data accuracy in the Service Cost Catalogue. The Senior Manager oversees Contract Service Agreements (=CSA) templates and special release rules, collaborates with various departments, and handles the entire resolution cycle for service cases. Key responsibilities include optimizing service tools, improving contract templates, and managing & developing team performance. At INNIO we offer you :

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.673,74 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
