Business Development

Your Role

As BDM API & Synthesis, you will take ownership of your territory and play a key role in developing IMCD's API and Synthesis business in South-East Europe. You will drive customer acquisition, initiate new projects, and act as the main interface between local markets and our global Pharma Business Group.

Your Responsibilities

• Business Creation & Development

: Build and expand the API and Synthesis business in SEE, including market mapping, customer acquisition, and project initiation

: Establish and maintain long-term relationships through regular visits and active pipeline management

: Act as local Product Manager, promote strategic products, and support go-to-market strategies and pricing

: Align with internal stakeholders (IPMs, RMs, local Sales Managers) to ensure strategic coherence across SEE and globally

: Analyze trends and competition, prepare forecasts and reports, and represent IMCD at industry events
